Has your team lost its spark at meetings? Do your colleagues seem to need a real energy boost to get their motivation back? What if the solution lay in an experience that truly breaks the mould? Welcome to the world of action games. Today, we take you on a tour of our action game for your next team-building event.
What Is an Action Game, Again?
An Action Game is what happens when an escape game meets an arcade video game and they decide to have a baby together. OK, put like that it sounds a bit odd, but you get the idea. The result? An experience that blends thinking, coordination, reflexes and teamwork, all sprinkled with interactive technology.
At Pixel Rush, we have taken the concept even further. 800 m² of immersive arena, 8 completely different themed worlds and over 300 challenges.
The principle is simple: your teams roam freely through our rooms, tackle challenges at their own pace and accumulate points via a connected wristband that records everything in real time. An interactive floor where you must avoid tiles that light up, lasers to dodge like in Mission Impossible, a climbing wall that changes colour to guide you, a shooting arena with luminous targets, XXL memory games and even a camouflage system where you literally have to hide from sensors.
Challenges last between 2 and 5 minutes. Short enough for everyone to stay fully engaged and varied enough for everyone to find something they love.
Why Choose an Action Game for Your Team Building?
It Actually Works to Build Bonds
At Pixel Rush, there is no need to force interactions. When Julie from accounts and Hugo from IT have to coordinate their movements to cross the tile floor without getting eliminated, trust us, they will talk. When the whole team needs to find the strategy to beat the record on the interactive wall, ideas flow naturally. Cohesion is built through action, and that is exactly what we love.
Everyone Can Play
The huge advantage of our 300 challenges is the variety. Have super sporty colleagues? Great, they will love the physical challenges. Logic geniuses who never run? No problem, the strategy and memory games are there for them. There is something for everyone and nobody will be left on the sidelines.
It Is High-Tech
The connected wristbands are the cherry on top. Each participant wears one, and everything is automatically recorded: points, times, records, individual and team performance. No need to note anything down, no "wait, how many did we have again?". Everything is there, in real time, on the screens. And at the end? A full leaderboard that makes quite an impression.
It Is Nothing Like Boring Seminars 😅
Zero slideshows. Zero management theory. Zero awkward moment where you are asked to mime an animal to represent your state of mind. Just pure action, concrete challenges and genuine emotions. The kind of team building your teams will still be talking about over lunch the following Monday.
We Can Welcome Up to 50 People
Whether you are a small team of 10 or a group of 50, we adapt. We organise personalised sessions that allow everyone to fully enjoy the experience. Multiple rotating teams, a grand final leaderboard and incredible energy. That is what we do best.![]()
How to Organise Your Team Building at Our Action Game?
Our Team-Building Packages
At Pixel Rush, we have thought of everything to suit your needs and budget. Whether you are a small group wanting to try the experience or a large team wanting to privatise the arena, we have the right package for you.
For groups of 10 to 25 people (duration 2h):
You have the choice between two packages:
-
Breakfast or Drinks Package (€50 incl. VAT/person): The sociable option with a welcome drink or aperitif to kick off or wrap up the session
-
Catering Package (€65 incl. VAT/person): The gourmet version with a proper buffet for those with an appetite.
For groups of 25 to 130 people (duration from 2h):
Here we step it up with full privatisation of our play space:
-
Privatisation Breakfast or Drinks (€70 incl. VAT/person): The arena is all yours.
-
Privatisation Catering (€85 incl. VAT/person): The premium option with full privatisation and a quality buffet.
Step 1: Choose Your Package
For groups of 10–25 people, the standard packages are ideal. You arrive, you play and you enjoy the drinks.
For larger groups (25–130 people), you can privatise our entire space.
Step 2: Request a Quote
Once you have an idea of the package that suits you, contact us for a personalised quote. We adapt based on your specific needs, time constraints and particular wishes.
Corporate event bookings are VERY much in demand so do not leave it too late.
When you contact us, have in mind:
-
The number of participants (approximate, we know it can change)
-
The preferred date (or several options if you are flexible)
-
The package you are interested in
-
Your specific requirements
We will get back to you quickly with a tailored proposal.
Step 3: Compose the Teams
Classic mistake: recreating the usual work teams. "Right, the sales team together, the tech team together...". The whole point of team building is precisely to break down silos and create new interactions.
Our advice? Mix everything. The junior with the senior. The sales rep with the developer. Management with operations. That is where the magic happens.

The Big Day at Pixel Rush: What Will Happen
1. Welcome and Briefing
Our hosts welcome you and guide you through the safety instructions and rules to ensure an optimal experience. We explain:
-
How the connected wristbands work (your key to all the games)
-
The principle of each room
-
The safety rules (yes, it is physical, but no, nobody ends up in A&E, we promise)
-
The points and leaderboard system
Our hosts have a gift for creating atmosphere. By the end of the briefing, your teams are buzzing and just waiting for one thing: to GET STUCK IN.
2. Choosing the Games
You select from a variety of games and interactive modes to live an adventure suited to your preferences. Want to focus on physical challenges? We guide you. Prefer coordination and strategy challenges? We adapt. That is the beauty of Pixel Rush: we do not impose a fixed course. You build your own experience.
3. Full Immersion
And off you go! Your teams dive into the action, overcome obstacles and cooperate to maximise their score.
The connected wristbands do the work in real time: recording every performance, accumulating points, tracking progress. Your teams see their results immediately, which creates real excitement. And it is there that you, as the organiser, discover your colleagues in a different light. Marc the accountant who seemed a little stiff? He transforms into a warrior on the interactive wall. Léa the shy intern? She smashes all the records on the memory game.
4. Debrief and Results
A host is available throughout the session to answer your questions. And after the game, the leaderboards are displayed: best individual score, best team, champion of each challenge...
It is time to celebrate victories, gently tease those who failed the hide-and-seek (with love, of course) and capture the moment with photos in our themed settings. We also give you advice and feedback on your teams' performance in a fun and constructive way.
