When you fill in a quote request form for a corporate event (team building), whether directly on our website or via a Meta ad (Facebook Lead Ads or Instagram Lead Ads), we collect:

- Professional email address
- Phone number
- Number of employees involved
- Desired period for the event
- Any additional information you freely share with us

- Meta Platforms Ireland Limited (Ireland): delivery of our ads on Facebook and Instagram, lead collection via Lead Ads forms, and advertising performance measurement
- Make.com (Czech Republic, EU servers): automation of data flows between our marketing tools and our CRM
- Bookeo (Australia): management of our online booking system
- Google LLC (United States): audience analytics (Google Analytics), advertising management (Google Ads), Tag Manager
- Our online payment provider (transaction security)
- Our web hosting provider
5.3 Competent authorities
Upon request from an administrative or judicial authority in accordance with applicable legal provisions.

When you fill in a quote or information request form via an ad displayed on Facebook or Instagram ("Meta Lead Ads"), your data is:
- Collected by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited on the basis of your active submission of the form
- Automatically transmitted to SASU Intervalle via our automation tool (Make.com) and stored in our CRM (Brevo)
- Used exclusively to process your request, follow up with you as quickly as possible and send you a tailored proposal
You may at any time withdraw your consent, request the erasure of your data or exercise your other rights as described in article 8 above.
